Supremo Nutrition Reward Points

Every time you shop on www.supremonutrition.com (the “Website”) with a registered account, we reward you with Reward Points which can be redeemed to use on future orders on the Website. Reward Points are automatically added to your online account within 24 hours of the purchase. These points can be exchanged online at any time and allow you to get even more money off your Supremo Nutrition purchases on the Website.

Earn Reward Points

Points for loyalty – you earn points every time you spend with Supremo Nutrition. 100 reward points saves £1 on your next order. No reward points will be given for the free product in any special offers. We may run time-limited promotions which increase the number of points you can accrue from time to time.

How Do I Spend My Reward Points?

You can spend your Reward Points at any time for any purchase from our website. To check your current points total, simply login to your account, click on ‘Your Account’ at the top right of the screen then select the ‘My Reward Points’ tab. This will display a full breakdown of how you have earned your points, as well as your current total points available to spend. When you want to redeem your points, follow these steps: At checkout, you will be reminded of your Points total under the purchase price, there is a field to enter the number of points you would like to use, however, you need at least 100 points (£1 worth) to use them on purchases. Your points will then be automatically converted into currency and deducted from your order. Your new total payment required will be shown, and the final value of the purchase should be no less than £1 for the transaction to be completed. Simply continue through the payment steps to complete your purchase as normal. There is a maximum amount of points you can use per transaction which is 2000 points = £20.

Can I Use My Rewards Points With A Discount Code?

Reward points cannot be used at the same time as a discount code when making a purchase. You will still earn reward points on transactions when you are using a discount code.

Loyalty Terms and Conditions

Your points will expire 12 months from the date they are accrued. For the avoidance of doubt, any Reward Points generated from this scheme may only be spent on the Website and you are not entitled to receive any payment of any kind in respect of the Reward Points. The Reward Points are not redeemable for cash nor are they transferable in any way. If you cancel or return your order (either in whole or in part) for any reason you will not qualify for Reward Points on the cancelled or returned goods. Points will be deducted from your balance at the point a refund is processed. We reserve the right to update the terms of the Reward Points scheme from time to time and/or to withdraw the Reward Points scheme in its entirety. We may, in our sole discretion, withdraw your Reward Points at any time if we believe or suspect that your use of the Points Scheme is fraudulent, misleading or contrary to these terms.

Supremo Nutrition Product Subscription

Subscribe & Save is a subscription service offered by Supremo Nutrition. Supremo Nutrition reserves the right to change the repeat order benefits, the discount amount, free delivery offer at any time and automatically cancel your subscription if you fail to make your monthly payments three times in a row.

Subscribe & Save items will ship automatically every month until you cancel. By placing your order, you are authorizing us to charge your card for future orders every month. You can change the frequency or cancel your subscriptions at any time through the Subscribe & Save section which can be found in My Account.

Please note, you will receive 20% off on all subsequent subscription orders, get your 5th consecutive item free and free delivery is available regardless of the order value, however, 3 for 2 mixes & match offer is not applicable with any subscription offer. You will earn reward points once every subscription order has been delivered. Reward points can’t be used on subscription purchases. However, you can use them if you place a ‘one-time’ purchase.

How Do I Update My Payment Details?

If you would like to amend the registered payment card for your Subscribe & Save order, you can simply do this in the My Account section.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account using your email address and the password you created when you purchased your Subscription. Simply click the ‘cancel subscription’ button and this will cancel your subscription automatically.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

By entering a customer review through the Review service for any of our products You grant Supremo Nutrition a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use any of your written reviews in relation to its marketing and/or in its advertising, including without limitation, in the online store, in newsletters, catalogues, email and other customer communications, store materials, and other marketing or advertising purposes.

Further, you grant Supremo Nutrition permission to view and edit the reviews before they are published. We will only publish comments that contain relevant information about a product. This includes but is not limited to: Supremo Nutrition will not publish generally inappropriate comments; comments that make unsubstantiated medical claims for products; and; indecent or inappropriate language or personally identifiable information.
